Caring for someone you love can be a beautiful, and often overwhelming journey. That’s why we’re here to make sure you never do it alone. Our in person and virtual support groups, wellness classes, and educational workshops give you a place to recharge, learn, and connect with others who truly understand what you’re going through.

HUGS Mentoring

With HUGS (Helping U Grow Stronger), you’ll connect one-on-one or in a small group with a trained mentor who’s been in your shoes and is ready to listen, support and share what they’ve learned. Whether you reach out virtually or meet face-to-face, we’re here to match you with someone who understands and cares.

Respite Care

At Silver Lining Respite Care Club in South Carolina, we offer a free, safe place for your loved one to engage with friends, music, art, and laughter while you recharge. Because when you rest and regain strength, you’re better able to care with heart and confidence.
