About the event
Meets 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month. This group is for caregivers and families navigating the mid-stage of dementia. It focuses on what you need to know, plan, and do in order to live the best life possible in the midst of this chronic illness. If you're joining in-person, come in for free lunch from 11:30am-12:00pm!
