About the event
Meets the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month. Join Teresa Heilman for a class for beginners and yogis of all levels. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, stretching, balance, and flexibility. This yoga can be performed standing or sitting.
